Isabel Ocampo is a three-time Emmy® Award–winning journalist and media professional with over 25 years of experience in television, communications, and content production. As a bilingual storyteller, she has built trusted connections with the Hispanic community while covering the New York/New Jersey market and cultivating strong relationships across major national media outlets.
Throughout her career, Isabel has held key newsroom and production roles at leading networks including Telemundo, WNBC, and Univision. For many years, she served as a producer for Telemundo’s national morning show Hoy Día, where she developed stories for a nationwide audience, produced celebrity interviews, and led coverage of major cultural events such as the Met Gala. Her work has also intersected with iconic programs including The Today Show and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
An active member of the media community, Isabel has participated in conventions of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) and has been invited as a guest speaker at St. John’s University and Long Island University, C.W. Post, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts.
In addition to her media work, Isabel has recently expanded her expertise into the world of coffee, earning multiple certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and exploring the intersection between culture, sustainability, and storytelling.
